Hosts, produces and edits a one-hour weekly podcast that breaks down the latest news in the tech industry, and then answers listeners’ questions about computers, the internet and gadgets. Researches in-depth technical news stories and presents them clearly and coherently. Produces the show using the NPR News Special Programming Clock.

Volunteer, WJCT, Jacksonville, Florida — December 2011 – March 2012

Screened phone calls to gather callers’ names and topic of comments or questions for First Coast Connect. Participated in station fundraising drives. Conducted interviews. Wrote, voiced and edited news reports for use during the local newscasts in Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

Develops web applications and manages several databases to handle complex processes for the local IRS call site and the Service at large. Designed and continually develops internal website to improve communications in the call site. Writes news stories daily for the website about managerial, procedural and tax law changes that impact employees. Serves as Design Editor for The Wrap Times, an internal newsletter.
